Most of the time you can simply use a StaticWisk to remove dust from the image.

To clean the images you can't clean with a StaticWisk, you can use PEC-12  and PEC-Pads, also Edwal has similar products for cleaning slide film. Make sure that you don't spray directly on the reel, just on the pad. Only use a very little because it can clean off the ink form the reel as well.

For cleaning the reel use a soft eraser. Afterwards the reel may have a dull finish, but you can get back it's shine by rubbing it with a tissue.
